PEQ--魁省快捷移民计划
在人才短缺的持续情况下，魁省移民部长詹姆斯（Yolande James）2010 年正式宣布实施PEQ (le Programme de l'experience quebecoise，简称PEQ)，让在魁北克工作的临时外地人才和留学生更容易得到永久居民卡。蒙特利尔希望借着以上措施，在未来两年能将约2000名外国人才留在蒙特利尔。
PEQ 与联邦政府在2008年9月开始接受申请的加拿大经验类移民(Canadian Experience Class，简称CEC)十分相似。不过PEQ 较CEC 更加简便及快捷。
PEQ 的申请资格
魁省毕业生或即将毕业的学生只要合符以下条件，便可合乎资格申请PEQ 项目下的CSQ 证书Certificat de Selection du Quebec (简称CSQ，这是一个容许持有人移民魁北克的文件）：
• be at least 18 years old and intend to settle in Québec to hold a job;
18 岁以上，打算在魁省定居和工作
• have conformed to the conditions on your stay as a foreign student;
满足作为留学生继续停留的条件
• hold a Québec diploma eligible for the PEQ or expect to complete your study program
within six months of the date on which you submit your application;
拥有魁省毕业文凭或提交申请日计起的预计六个月内完成学业
have an intermediate level knowledge of oral French;
法语口语具备中级水平
• undertake to provide for your needs and, where applicable, those of your spouse or de facto spouse and dependent children included in your application, for a minimum period of three months from the date you obtain your permanent resident status.
至少在获得PR 的前3个月内，需准备个人需求，适合的地方，配偶或实际同居者和需抚养的子女。
魁省的在读学生毕业后可获得CSQ 的申请资格，此申请需在获取毕业证前6个月内提交，且所持有的学历需符合PEQ 的申请资格。申请人需提交相关的毕业证明，才能获得CSQ。提前递交CSQ 的申请的好处是能让申请人确保所递交的资料符合相关的申请要求。
Processing time

All complete applications received under the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (PEQ –Québec experience program) will be processed on a priority basis.
所有完整的PEQ 项目下的申请会获得优先处理。
Since the PEQ is a new program, the processing time for applications is not known at this time. However, it should not exceed one month.
因为PEQ 是一个新项目，其申请处理时间暂时未能确定，但不会超过一个月。
Interview
You will not be called to an interview under the PEQ.
申请PEQ 项目不需要面试。
Your application will be processed solely based on your file.
申请审批完全基于申请人的申请材料。
