      奖学金，相比之下还是比较困难的，欧洲国家奖学金 你能拿到的概率很低。实际上很多中国学生能申请到一些奖学金，奖学金在荷兰有几种，都是政府资助的，主要由教育部门提供资助的奖学金，在中国一个很有名的项目叫 DELTA奖学金项目，是特别为中国的学生提供的项目，为了吸引高水平的中国学生到荷兰留学而设立
荷兰很多学校的奖学金是某些系或者专业才能申请的。这些奖学金有时候在学校的 IMP admission网页上不会列出，只有到系里或者专业里的网页才能看到（如 TU Delft的 philips scholarship）。

      有的奖学金需要学校提名，所以要在奖学金 deadline之前拿到学校 AD。比如说， HSP是 2月 1日截止，申 HSP需要得到学校提名，所以要在这之前拿到学校的 AD。如果要申 HSP，申请学校的时候要说明你想申 HSP，这样学校在录取你的时候才会给你提名 HSP，你拿到学校的 HSP提名以后才可以申请 HSP。
摘抄一个 studyinnl上关于 HSP申请步骤的说明：

      First of all, you are an excellent student,You have to apply for admission to a study or research programme When you apply for admission to a programme in the Netherlands, you should indicate that your study performance is excellent and that you wish to be nominated for the prestigious HSP Huygens programme. Important! The admission criteria for the programme at the Dutch host institution will differ from the requirements that the selection committee adheres to when selecting academically excellent students for the HSP Huygens programme. See the section entitled Requirements for eligibility elsewhere on this website. If the Dutch institution does not agree with your candidacy for a HSP Huygens scholarship, they will not provide you with a HSP Huygens nomination letter. This means that you cannot apply for a HSP Huygens scholarship. You can explore other ways of funding to finance your studies or research activities in the Netherlands, e.g. at www.grantfinder.nl.
If the Dutch institution agrees with your candidacy for a HSP Huygens scholarship, they will send you a HSP Huygens nomination letter. 
      荷兰大学定期审理申请材料，从申请材料寄到学校，到学校发出AD，有时候需要长达两个月的时间。如果想申请HSP，建议10月份就把材料寄到学校。
